Here is a summary of an edible straw bale project I completed with a classmate. It demonstrates my germination experience, some design experience, understanding of soil science, and my watering experience. The straw bales completed by the NSCC students yearly are given to the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens for display in their Innovative Gardens.
